Interested in a free demo of the Biolegend LegendPLEX assay with the Flow Cytometry Shared Resource?
LegendPLEX assay platform is a bead-based immunoassay that uses the same basic principles of the sandwich immunoassay and is compatible with flow cytometers.
The demo will include 14 controls for standard concentrations of analytes and each user may have up to 20 samples for analysis (recommended to have at least duplicates). The assay will include 5 analytes for MOUSE: IL-2, IL-6, IL-10, IFNy and TNFa.
Massey's Biolegend representative will walk through each step of the sample preparation and FCSR core personnel will run the samples. During the 2-hour incubation Biolegend will have a talk, which will be open to everyone, not just those doing the demo.
